Since reviewing the Dunlop Biomimetic 100 and being slightly disappointed due to the lack of power, I was intrigued to see what the 200 Tour had to offer. Apart from being a slightly heavier racquet with a larger head size however with one less horizontal string, the 200 Tour seemed to adequately compensate for the lack of power produced from the Dunlop 100 . Control and feel did not seem to suffer as a consequence of providing greater power either which is a fantastic achievement by Dunlop.
Hitting ground strokes felt solid and smooth due to the five point head light balance of the 200 Tour and volleys were still as easy to replicate as the Dunlop 100 even with the slight extra weight carried on the 200 Tour. Adding spin to any shot was effortless even with the 16 x 18 string pattern and serving was simple which made this cemented the 200 Tour as Dunlop’s flagship racquet for advanced players. The 200 Tour had everything the Dunlop 100 had lacked and can be ranked the same league as the Wilson Pro Staff Six.One 90 BLX and Volkl Organix 10.
For those looking for a great all-around game play racquet which provides fantastic maneuverability whilst at the net, seriously consider this racquet.
